Howdy Y’all, It’s been a minute since I wrote a blog post to talk about what I’m up to and what I’ve been working on. I’m going to keep this short because I need to get back to building and getting more customers. My brother Jon, who has 15 years in content and film production, wanted to solve one of the biggest pain points in video production which is editing.

Editing videos is like doing the dishes; No one wants to do it but it needs to be done. One customer we talked to said it takes them 10 hours to produce 10 minutes of content.

We want editors and content creators to reclaim their time. That’s why we created Lightning Cut, a platform that allows you to edit video content in 2 clicks. It’s dead simple to use, simply upload your footage, select an editing style, and like magic it outputs an edited video.

Early product tests with users have been going well and we will be rolling out more features to content creators in the coming weeks.
